Summary |
0000028: Strange behaviour when sidings are filled beyond capacity |
|
Description |
I had a few sidings filled beyond capacity (negative free space). Railop started adding station stops to local freight trains (typical for passenger trains). Also routed more cars to the overfilled sidings. Relinking the files helped partially but still routing was not optimal. |

Have seen this happen also with Freight Trains, no Passenger cars or Mixed service. This is using Autobuild. Find a spur that is say 100 feet long and may have two 40ft cars there now, with couplers is 86ft. You do an Autobuild and RailOp will place another 40 foot car there, thus giving you 'Available Space -29 feet'. |

Gil/Frolin:
Have either of you seen this with RailOP 8.2.9.90 or newer? It should be fixed and I have not been able to duplicate it with the newer versions.
Thanks,
Eric |
