Dave, I ran a test in the latest test version. I created three towns, one set up with its yard for all roads, the other two yards for a specific road. (This was set at the siding level - not the train). All of the cars were routed correctly. However, was your yards set up as yard tracks or interchange tracks? That could make a difference and I would like to try and duplicate your settings to make sure this is really not happening on the test version.
Thanks, Eric |

Create tracks 1 and 2 and 3 as interchanges with the BNSF. Place cars on these tracks so they are set for one railroad. Example, track 0000001 have all cars placed there set to go to the CNW, track 0000002 all go to the UP, track 0000003 all go to the CP. Tracks 4,5 and 6 have just BNSF for the railroad assigned to them. Now build a local that leaves the yard and it is a BNSF train. Autobuild "should" grab cars from 4,5 and 6. However, RailOp will grab cars from track 0000001, which is the interchange with the CNW and all cars on that track are set to go to a CNW train. |

Thanks for the additional info. I have been able to get it to happen consistently using your setup. |

Dave:
I have uploaded a file to the support site. If you can download it and test, it should resolve this issue. If it continues to not pick the cars up properly, not the ticket on the support site and I'll dig deeper.
This test version is 8.2.9.85. |

It seems to be working correctly now. I have a copy of my friend's RailOp here and that is where we had to use some creative thinking so trains built from his main yard built correctly. I checked this fix here as well as there and yes, you fixed it!! Thank you.
