0000049: Trying to set location from car page fails without explanation when siding does not have sufficient free space |

Description |
I am trying to move car 26621, which has no location showing to a siding that does not have sufficient free space. RailOp will not set 'that' location and gives no message to indicate why. According to the help file, "If the car is the wrong type for the siding, or the siding is already full, RailOP will ask you to verify that you really want to put it there." I don't get that message. When I click on the location, I'm immediately returned to the cars screen.
This is a 40 foot Box, and the location is set to accept all Car Types. The Location also has 41ft free space, but also has 133ft Reserved (there are several Trains generated but not run yet).
Further testing results: I am able to Set the Location of that Car to other places which had plenty of room available. It is not possible to set any Car to any Location that did not have enough room (which you should be able to do)

Using version 7.6.3, I cannot move a car to a location that is full, no
warning, nothing.
Using version 8.2.9.86 I can move the car, however I do not receive a
warning stating the siding is full. It just places it there, overloading
the siding.
